~ Refund Policy

Items may be returned at any time for any reason for a refund. Items must be received by Sundrop Crystal in perfect saleable condition. If the items are damaged, no refund will be issued. There is a 15% restocking fee. Postage/shipping charges are not refunded. Return postage is not paid for or reimbursed.

Returns & Guarantee: If you receive any product that does not meet your expectations, if it is defective, or you are unhappy with it in any way, you may return it for a refund or replacement, as you prefer. Items must be packaged carefully for return. This guarantee does not cover normal wear or damage resulting from misuse. We do not pay for your return postage. If you return an item for a refund, we will refund the amount of the merchandise, but we cannot refund the amount of the shipping. Crystals must be packed carefully and returned to us in PERFECT CONDITION. Make sure that crystals do not touch each other in the package. Make sure that beads do not touch crystals in the package. Refunds are not granted for chipped crystals. If you chip them before returning them, or if they become damaged in the mail on the way back to us, we are very sorry, but we will not provide a refund. Note that there is a 15% restocking fee on returned items. That is, if you purchase an item for $10 and you decide to return it, your refund will be $8.50. The fee covers the costs of receiving your item, checking it, returning it to inventory, and processing your credit. Send returns to: Address Will Be Provided.

~ Shipping Policy

Almost all orders are sent using the United States Postal Service. Use of a PO Box address is acceptable. We occasionally use Fedex. All items require HAND ASSEMBLY AND HAND WRAPPING. Orders are shipped within a few days once the hand work is accomplished. We cheerfully strive to meet any deadline you may have if you tell us what it is. Meeting deadlines is not guaranteed.

• The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
• The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
• The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with Your prior express consent and You have acknowledged Your loss of cancellation right.
